Washington Family Trip

We had a wonderful family vacation to Washington.  We spent a week with everyone at Andy's parent's house.  Everyday was filled full of adventures and fun.  Part of the reason we went out there was to celebrate Andy's dad's retirement!  We had a very nice retirement party for him one day.

Notice how most of the kids are smiling. Just look at the picture below :)

 Lily at almost 2 months

Hannah was so cute while we were taking pictures.  She was loving it.
Hannah and Chloe are the best of friends.

This picture says so much about their personalities, Hannah and her cousin, Mary.  Hannah is definitely full of energy and life :)

The girls cousins loved playing all together all week. The swing was a popular hang-out spot.

One of the days we went to a ranch to ride horses.
Hannah loved it, her sister however . . .
was not nearly as impressed.  We figured out at almost the end of the ride that she was just hungry.  After I told her we would give her a snack when we were done, she was a new kid.
We went to Rosario Park.   The kids loved climbing on the driftwood and building a house.
We also went to Deception Pass and the ocean.  It was a very fun day.  We had lots of quality time outside.
One of the days we went to Olympic National Park for the day.  Another national park towards our goal.  Unfortunately this was not the best experience for Cassie as she was very sick while we were driving.
It was still worth the drive.  The pictures do not do this place justice.  It was so beautiful.

We took a little hike at Olympic Park.

On the last day that we were flying out, we went to the Seattle Children's Museum.  It was a great place for the kids and even the adults :)

We had fun building in the lego room.
We can't just take pictures of the happy moments.  Chloe threw herself on the ground because we would not let her play with the little legos.
Going on vacation :)
We spent a ton of time at the museum.  The kids loved each and every room.  Hannah really liked pretending she owned a restaurant.
