Alaska and Washington Trip Summer 2013

Lily loved celebrating her 1st birthday in Seattle, WA.  For lunch we ate at Cheesecake Factory. 

We also went out for her dinner.  She LOVED the chocolate cake!

Lily with her Great Grandma Klendworth.  We were getting ready to get on the cruise ship. 

For Cassie's mom's 60th birthday our entire family went on an Alaskan Cruise.  It was the opportunity of a lifetime.  We had an amazing trip!

The girls loved the towel animals in our room every night. 

We went to a lumberjack show in Ketchikan, Alaska.

We went on a bus tour in Skagway.  It was a great tour!

I fell on the pool deck and came to my room with flowers from Norwegian.  I also got to visit the infirmary. I am very thankful that nothing was really wrong with me. 

After our cruise we spent almost another week with Andy's parents. 

We really enjoyed going to the Seattle Science Museum

Spring 2013

The girls are getting so big!  Here they are in their Easter dresses. 

Lily is starting to pull herself up.  She is always smiling and such a social little girl. 

Believe it or not this is May 2nd!  We had the biggest snow storm of the year. 

The FedEx truck got stuck in front of our house!  It took him about 30 minutes to get out. 

Hannah at her first dance recital with Janet Lang Dance Studio. 

Preschool graduation from Kingdom Kids

Mrs. Schlotthauer and Ms. Ouk were her 4 year old teachers this year.

We went back to Illinois for Memorial Day and Hannah, Chloe, and Cassie had the opportunity to ride in the fire truck in the parade with Uncle Cam and Aunt Jessi

Marco Island February 2013

 

We had the wonderful opportunity to spend a week in a house rental in Marco Island with Andy's parents.  We had a fabulous vacation!

 We spent a day at the Everglades National Park.  We went on a fun boat tour where we saw all different kinds of wildlife including many dolphins like the one in the picture below. 

 We had a nice pool in the backyard.  Our girls loved swimming, even if you can't tell from this picture :)

 We went to Tigertail beach and you had to walk across a lagoon to get to the beach.  We did not realize this at first and brought a bunch of stuff that we sent back to the car with Andy.  It was quite the adventure!

Cassie's Grandma came to visit for a day.  We enjoyed getting to spend time with her during our trip!
